Our qualified and experienced teams perform the following maintenance operations on site, by supporting your teams or independently :
  • all maintenance, repair and upkeep services for your existing infrastructure
  • manufacture of custom-made machining parts (wear parts, replacement parts, etc.) and mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies

Curative, preventive and troubleshooting maintenance

Whether for troubleshooting (diagnosis and repair), or in accordance with a curativepreventive or annual maintenance programme, a team will be at your disposal to diagnose and troubleshoot any electrical, computer or mechanical problem in the shortest possible time.

Our teams have all the necessary clearances and qualifications, insurance coverage and experience to work in total safety at your site and on your equipment.

Remote control systems

Depending on the case, we can also offer to install remote control systems that operate via telephone or internet connection, such as Teamviewer, VNC or Cisco VPN Client.

As a result, we can perform maintenance operations very quickly and at lower cost on equipment without the need for an on-site visit, regardless of the distance.

Machining

In addition to being able to work on site in an emergency to diagnose an unexpected breakdown and repair your installation, we are equipped with:
  • comprehensive machine fleet (numerically-controlled machining centres, lathes and milling machines, mortising machine, press, drilling machines, rolling machines, semi-automatic welding station, TIG/Plasma/Oxycutting station) meaning that we can manufacture products to measure and supply all your replacement and wear parts in an emergency
  • an assembly workshop (mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, automation), lifting equipment and testing and programming stations, where mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies can be produced urgently and with a high degree of flexibility
The availability of this equipment in-house guarantees extremely short response and production times for replacement parts, with a view to minimising downtime of your production lines and any production losses.
