An industrial joinery company recently enlisted our services following an accident resulting in personal injury. The company needed to bring an existing hole drilling machine into compliance to ensure its safe operation and compliance with current standards.

- Modification of the machine frame by adding aluminum profile feet for more stability.
- Complete enclosure made of sheet metal, with a side door fitted with a safety sensor to provide safe access for adjustments and maintenance work.
- Integration of a Makrolon panel for optimal visibility of the drilling area.
- Installation of a new electrical cabinet with automated industrial system.
- Installation of a two-hand control system for enhanced operator safety.
- Design of a new L-shaped support with telescopic extensions and a support on the ground to stabilize parts during drilling.
- Modification of the drill channel with a connection system for chip extraction.
- Integration of a drill guide grille allowing chips to pass through.
- Additional protection provided with an enclosure at the adjustment shim, for safe visibility.
