As part of a bespoke project for a major player in industrial paper printing, we designed and manufactured an automatic corner-cutting machine for stacks of industrial packaging paper (de-cornering).
This innovative solution cuts the corners of stacks of paper in a precise, rapid, and uniform manner, on demand, thus improving cutting quality, consistency, and productivity for our industrial customers.

- User-friendly control system: HMI (Human-Machine Interface) touch screen, programmable logic controller, and simplified control panel (on/off, emergency stop, selector buttons).
- Adaptability: Easy adjustment of cutting blade sets, adjustable in terms of length and rotation for adaptation to different packaging formats and paper stack sizes.
- Cutting flexibility: Cuts two corners, two opposite corners, or four corners as needed.
- Controlled power: Hydraulic cutting system with force limited to 4.2 tons for guaranteed efficiency and safety.
- Automated waste disposal: Integrated vacuum for clean, continuous production.
