This innovative machine automatically destacks and transports the cheese from stacks of racks to the packaging line, for enhanced productivity, safety, and hygiene.
Technical overview of cheese destacker
The destacking machine is a compact electric destacker (1,200 x 1,200 mm) equipped with a cheese rack tilting system to an angle of 20°.
It is designed to be ergonomic and easy to use for operators, with the following integrated features:
- Storage shelf for stack changes
- Electric cylinder
- Built-in electrical cabinet made of stainless steel
- Upper, lower, and over-travel sensors
- Two emergency stop buttons
- A push button for lowering
- A stack detection sensor to control lifting
- A pedal to activate lifting and a pedal to activate lowering
The machine incorporates specific components to meet the industry’s food safety requirements: blue plastic rollers, specific plastic collars, spacers, hexagonal-head screws, capped tubes, etc.
Th machine’s design and manufacture are in strict compliance with the food safety and hygiene standards in force. The machine has been approved by a certified safety organization.
