Custom-made cooling conveyor for confectionery production
This food-grade cooling conveyor was designed to reduce the temperature of candies straight after the production process, before the packaging and labelling phases.
This machine ensures uniform, rapid, and controlled cooling, essential for producing confectionery of impeccable quality.
This conveyor is compliant with food hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards, and comprises:
- A robust, durable, and food-grade stainless steel frame (ISO/HACCP compliant).
- A conveyor belt enclosed on three sides, with protective guards that can be removed without tools, for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Sheet metal trays positioned under the conveyor belt for quick retrieval of falling products and easy cleaning.
- A “crumb tray” under the conveyor inlet for improved hygiene.
- Two centrifugal fans, positioned on the ends of the conveyor belt, supplying two independent cooling circuits.
- Eight axial fans, positioned on the active part of the conveyor system to optimise airflow and ensure even cooling of the confectionery. The fans are mounted on two fully removable cassettes for easy cleaning.
- Adjustable airflow speed, to adapt cooling to the type of confectionery.
- A remote, ergonomic, and user-friendly control panel, for total control of the conveyor and blowers.
